gmshToFoam gives an error during checkMesh
 

I am trying to simulate a cone filter in a box. I have created a gmsh file and have grouped them by volume and surfaces. When i checkMesh, "Patch topology for..." does not include some of the Faces and Points I made in gmsh. I believe the error comes when I apply gmshToFoam.

Can some explain why I am getting this error?

EDIT:
Not using gmsh face 3(25 982 28) since zero vertex is not on boundary of polyMesh
This is the FOAM warning I am getting. I will look more into this but if someone can explain it too that would be awesome. Thank you~
