Dear all,
I am working on a two-phase flow with vaporization inside circular tube. I am currently using the solver interCondensatingEvaporatingFoam, using the k-omega SST turbulence model and the Lee model for what concerns the phase change heat transfer. I've got some problem about the definition of the mesh. I have built a wedge geometry because it's a vertical upflow, where there are ordinary inlet(type patch), outlet(type patch), axis(type empty), top(type wall) and front and back (type wedge). It could be useful to implement a dynamic mesh which refines the cells involving the interphase between liquid and gas like it's done by dynamicRefineFvMesh. I have tried that one, and also the 2D version, but neither one of them works because the non-hexahedral cells of the axis cannot be treated (they have less than 8 vertices). I wonder if anybody has been in my situation, and if you know how to make a dynamic grid cells which is finer close the interface with a wedge geometry. Thank you all in advance Regards, Lorenzo |

Hi,Lorenzo,Have you solved this problem? I have the same problem. Could you give me some advice?
