Can i specify an obstacle as a wall which is part of internal geometry using blockmeshdict?

This is Dambreak analysis case,using Interfoam.

this is my geometry.

here is the internal part of the geometry (Obstacle).

An obstacle height is 0.8m and total height is 3.6m, Firstly the most important i want to know that can i specify this internal part of my geometry (Obstacle) as a wall or not using blockmeshDict?
