Creating mesh using cartesianMesh

Hello!
I have the .step file (check figure). What should I do with this file in gmsh (or somewhere else) to create mesh with small size cells at 1 and 2 areas that have been denoted at picture using cartesianMesh? Other areas should be filled by large cells. Attachment 81304 |
