How do I put STL files in interFoam?

Hello. It's only been a week since I learned Openfoam.
I am currently doing a tutorial using the dambreak in the interFoam. I have a question. The tutorial contains blockmesh of dambreak, but I would like to use Solidworks and STL files to add mesh directly. I don't know even if I look for several videos. Could you tell me how to put the STL file into the interfoam easily? Or do you have a tutorial? |

You can use snappyHexMesh for that. It's shown for example in the motorBike tutorial.
