Fluent3DMeshToFoam returns a mesh that has a error
 
I am trying to convert a 3D mesh from Ansys/Fluent to OpenFOAM using the Fluent3DMeshToFoam. It generates a polyMesh folder.

However, when I do a checkMesh I get the following error. I don't have any experience in OpenFOAM. Could you tell me how to resolve this issue. ?
