Hi!

I am trying to make axisymmetric blockMesh for cylinder in Openfoam. I have made the mesh shown in attached picture but when I run checkMesh on it, it shows me 3 failed mesh checks. I have used mirrorMesh twice to mirror the mesh for one quarter cylinder that I had developed. The failed mesh checks are:

Failed 3 mesh checks.

I have not used type wedge in the quarter cylinder mesh since I mirrored it later. There are 0 default faces formed. Please help!
