I have a surface mesh with temperature values applied on it from temperature profile data.


In this, if there are 1000 temperature value, say 400 are zeros and rest are variables. I need to create a patch for this 400 faces which has 0 temp(FieldValue).



I am thinking of using Toposet to access the faces and then create faceZoneSet and then use Createpatch for creating a patch. Later, once patch is done, I need to apply different BC on this temp = 0 faces.


For this, how do the select the faces for toposet based on faceCentres or faceLabels. FaceCentres I can get through postProcessing after 1 simulation, which later can be changed. But how to use that in topoSet?


Any leads will be appreciated.
