Hello together

I am testing things with cfMesh and now i have a testfile where i have some big areas and some small ones.

When i define the cellSize in general mesh then the size is equal over the whole mesh.
Can i refine the surface mesh grid?
Please look at the following picture where i showed what i want to refine.

Picture 1

Additionally the mesh is getting really fucked up with my settings. What might be the reason?

Picture 2

My current meshing code is in the file i uploaded to dropbox:

meshDict

Thanks in advance!
Ingo
