Hi guys!
I recentyl dived into a new problem. I have to analyze the forces on a cubic valve, see both images attached. The Thing is, that the plate is very thin (0,3 mm - one cell lenght in CFD) and i want to calculate forces and momentum of the upper and lower (big) side of the valve and so neglecting all forces that act on the thin sides. Thing is, that i am very confused about cellSets, faceSets, faceZones... I know that you can split the .stl with topoSet somehow, but its not helping me either. Normally it should also be possible in SnappyDict? But what should be added there? Thanks in advance!! |

Has nobody an idea? How is it possible to set facezones per topoSet out of the .stl?
