Dear all,

I wish to do porous media modeling of a complex interpenetrating region (one is for regular fluid flow, the other region is to be modeled as porous media with Darcy's law).
I have, at the moment, the 3D CT images that can be used for making meshes (the surface between those two phases can be exported as .stl or .obj mesh).

I am not sure which is the correct way to proceed. I see a lot of training and resources devoted to porous media modelling, but I came through none which handles a complex mesh like this (PFA the screenshots from blender & quickLook). Once I solve this problem, the simulation part is pretty regular. I even wonder will it be possible to do using OpenFOAM? Thanks in advance, for your suggestions /hints!
