Internal Snapping using SnappyHexMesh

I am facing some issues with SnappyHexMesh, when I turn on snapping, these weird lines show up in the centre of the mesh. I have looked online but can't find that much.



Below you can find the snapControls I used:



snapControls
{
nSmoothPatch 3;
tolerance 1.5;
nSolveIter 100;
nRelaxIter 5;
nFeatureSnapIter 10;
implicitFeatureSnap false;
explicitFeatureSnap true;
multiRegionFeatureSnap false;
}
