cyclicAMI with rotational transformation leads to error in chtMultiRegionFoam

sachin_diabatix is on a distinguished road

An axisymmetric rotation case crashes in cyclicAMI with this error. The case uses snappyHexMesh for mesh generation. See the images for the error message and boundary file for the patches.
