Do you have a system/controlDict file in your case directory?
The converter reads from there at least the settings for writing the OpenFOAM mesh to disk.

No, because I don't know what I have to write on it. I thought to copy another case ControlDict file but then will it be correct? And If I have to do it in this way, what case should I copy? Does it depends on the type of flow(uncompressible,..) or what else?

You can find a lot of answers to these questions by reading the user manual...
However, you can copy the whole "system" directory from a similar tutorial case. During the conversion, however, only the lines regarding writing format are used: binary or ascii and compressed or uncompressed. My suggestion is to use ASCII for starting. A bit slower but you can open the mesh and see how it is done.

Hope this helps,
Francesco
