Tgrid tetra mehs with problems

Hi,

I have a strange problem with a tetra mesh with prismen and a refinement region for a simple room airflow problem. I get:

Does anyone have an idea, what I can do? The mesh was written binary.

Sorry, where is the error - I cannot see it. In any case, you will need to write the mesh ascii for the converter fo work.

There are known problems with the consistency of Fluent mesh and case files, which get cleaned up quietly when they go through Fluent. What makes it more difficult is that I didn't use Scheme to read the file when I wrote the converter in the first place.
