very high skewness!!

hey,
I am trying to generate a mesh foe the following geometry 1.jpg I have manages to merge face properly but the checkmesh fails due to high skewnwss.. BlockMeshDict blockMeshDict.txt Please suggest a way to reduce the skewness, or if not possible with thi s block structure, please suggest me a way to mesh this geometry with blockmesh.
