Hi,

I am trying to divide a faceZone (which I use as a baffle) into several smaller ones. That way, I plan to be able to specify slightly different boundary conditions for each of them.

I was not able to find anything to achieve this (other than manually splitting it). The goal is to have a high number of divisions, requiring some kind of algorithm to generate them. Even going to a 1 face per baffle would be ok.

Is something like this possible? Thanks

Hi,

You can use topoSetDict to split single faceZone into multiple faceZones. But it is also kind of manual as you have to write the coordinates of each vew faceZone.

Regards
