Consistent mesh for fluid flow in fractured porous media
2 Attachment(s)
Hi everyones,
 I'm currently working on the subject of fluid flow in fractured porous media. The fractures are considered as the circles of zero-thinkness in 3D infinite space. The fractures can intersect together. I want to generate a consistent mesh i.e. it takes into account the intersection lines between fractures. In the case of small number of fractures I can performance by hand. (as you see in the attached image1) http://www.monsterup.com/image.php?u...0109579341.pnghttp://www.monsterup.com/image.php?u...0109579341.png  However, in the case of large number of ramdon fractures (as seeing in the following attacted files image2). It is necessary to have an automatical procedure. http://www.monsterup.com/image.php?u...0010957949.pngCould you show me there exist a tool or a solfware for resolving this problem. Or Could you give me some advises to resolve this one, please? |
