New version of OpenFOAM-v2112

The version released in December 2021 brings a lot of exciting new functionality and extension to the existing ones. Let us, among others, highlight a few:

Pre-processing:
New Function1 entries
Improved expressions
Improved blockMesh utility

Numerics:
Community contribution: Smoothed surface sensitivity maps
New relaxed non-orthogonal correction scheme
New iterative skew correction scheme
New cylindrical interpolation for the cyclicPeriodicAMI coupled boundary conditions
New programmable under-relaxation factors

Solvers & physical models:
New finite area thin film
New kL turbulence model
Improved particle patchInjection model
New oxide mass transfer model

Post-processing:
New propellerInfo function object
Extended particleTracks utility to include field data
New glTF write format
New output for default dictionary entries
