OpenFOAM advanced training - Online. July-August, 2020 (https://bit.ly/2CcYQ11)

While we all adjust to the new normal of the COVID19 pandemic and due to the travel restrictions imposed by many countries, we have decided to cancel all the classroom training sessions programmed during the year. All the training sessions will be delivered online.

  • Each training session will be split into two non-consecutive days.
  • Attendees are required to bring their computer with OpenFOAM pre-installed. We will prepare a video to help the participants to install OpenFOAM and any additional application that will be used during the training.
  • The inscription fee includes the training material (in pdf format), and access to all supporting material (tutorials and videos).
  • Also, many of you or your colleagues may have been forced to be off work during this challenging period; therefore, we have decided to adjust our training fees and offer a 20% discount in all advanced training sessions.

  • JUL20-22 2020. Multi-phase flows modeling in general CFD and OpenFOAMŪ - Theory and applications.
  • JUL24-27 2020. Introduction to the FVM method. Standard practices in general CFD with applications to OpenFOAM.
  • JUL29-31 2020. Introduction to solid modeling for general CFD and meshing using OpenFOAMŪ technology - Onshape and snappyHexMesh.
  • AUG3-5 2020. Design of experiments, space exploration, knowledge extraction, and numerical optimization using Dakota - Code coupling Dakota-OpenFOAM.
  • AUG7-10 2020. Moving meshes, rigid body motion, adaptive mesh refinement, and overset meshes.

So hurry up and book your place, you are still on time to take advantage of our reduced fees.
