Dear Sir,
I calculated gas flow, and visualized the result using StreamTracer of paraView, but the stream line was broken unnaturally. (See the attached pictures) Could you advise me how to make natural stream lines (not broken)? And does the StreamTracer tend to make such unnatural lines? If so, could you tell me alternative visualization (not Stream Tracer) to visualize the trace of the gas flow? Here, setting conditions are: Max Streamline Length…10, Seed Type…High Resolution Line Source, Line…X Axis, Resolution…100. I am looking forward to your reply. Sincerely KeiJun |

Are you plotting the streamlines on a 2d slice of a 3d simulation?

Dear Kmooney,
Thank you for your reply. I make the streamlines on a 3D (below the ***.OpenFOAM). The streamlines on a 2D slice I made is attached, which is more unnaturally than that on a 3D. KeiJun |
