Hello, I am trying to run ParaView in parallel in a remote cluster. Only QSUB submissions are allowed on the server, but my qsub scripts have failed so far.
Most common issue I've seen is ParaView not being built with MPI support. But I am not building ParaView anyways, I'm just downloading the binary from here. So, which one should I download and run on the server side:
  • ParaView-5.6.0-osmesa-MPI-Linux-64bit.tar.gz
  • ParaView-5.6.0-MPI-Linux-64bit.tar.gz
Or must I build from source with MPI support?
Also, are there anyone out there who runs ParaView in parallel with a PBS script successfully? Can you share your script?
Thanks in advance,
Hüseyin
