./Allrun: reconstructPar: not found

Hello,

when I run the multiRegionHeater tutorial in OpenFOAM-2.1.1, "./Allrun: reconstructPar: not found" and "./Allrun: paraFoam: not found" are happen.

what's wrong for my OpenFOAM-2.1.1 on ubuntu12.04.?
