Default Sampled data in a single file (probes)

Hello to everyone,

I'm using the probe function to sample the pressure in a bunch of points. The problem is that every time that I stop and re-start the simulation OpenFoam creates a new folder with the log file (p) inside, starting from the latest time (e.g. postProcessing->Probes-->0, 0.2, 0.6, etc.).
Is it possible to keep all the sampled data in a single file?

Thank you!

akidess will become famous soon enough
I'd just cat them afterwards.

cat postProcessing/probes/*/p >> p_all.dat

It kinda works but it doesn't attach the files in the correct chronological order. Any suggestion?
