Deal all,
I solved very simple problem: laminar cylinder (Re=20) in flow using OpenFOAM 2.1.1. I used blockMesh instrument. (number of cells: 78000) The cylinder is divided into 8 parts. I received Cd which coincides with experiment. Today I run the same problem on OpenFOAM 2.2.0. The Cd is approximately 4 times smaller. It differs from my previous calculations and from experiment. I suppose that something have change in the rules concerning forceCoeffs. But I did not find answer in 2.2.0 manual. Please help me! Thank you very much in advance. Alexander.
