Reconstruction problem while using parallel processors

Hi, Formers,:)

I am using parallel processors (64) to compute a case with a 6 million mesh. The computing process is OK, but it takes a lot of time to reconstruct after the computation is done, almost one day. Is this normal? or this indicates something wrong with my case? Is there anybody who has ever met the the same problem with me?:o

Thanks,

Best,
Cara

How many time steps it is reconstructing, and is the mesh dynamic or the same for all timesteps?

Edit:

I've only reconstructed upto 20 cores, but it seemed to me that the time for reconstructing gets quite long at larger core counts.

Hi, Chris,
I have less than 100 steps to reconstruct and the case is a transient case. I guess maybe that is the reason for the low speed. And indeed, the reconstuction time increses a lot with the increase of number of processors.

Best,
Fei
