Sampling vectors at cell faces
 

Is it possible to get a sample of a given component of all cell face vectors on a surface? I don't want any interpolation, just the raw values. Reading the documentation, it doesn't seem like sample supports this, and when I try I get "NO_DATA" in the file header line.
