How to calculate the damping moment acting on a sloshing tank bottom?

Hi,

I have a 2D tank with non-harmonic roll motion. And there is some water inside sloshing. I would like to calculate the damping moment acting on the bottom and plot a time history of the moment. I am new to OpenFOAM and now after my simulation, I can only find data of p and U.

I am wondering if I need to add an additional function object into ControlDict to define the moment, but I do not exactly know how to define the 'forces' function object( which is mentioned briefly here http://www.openfoam.org/features/run...processing.php). Does anyone have suggestions that how to do it or any idea of how to find the moment on the bottom? Any information is appreciated!
