Hello,

I calculated the mean velocity in OpenFOAM with the fieldaverage function. As I am using cfdpost to see my results and do the post processing, I would like to convert the generated UMean file to fluent. I looked in the fluentUnitNumber file to find the converting-number of UMean in order to put it in the foamDataToFluentDict in OpenFOAM, but wasn't able to find it. I just found something similar for the individual mean-velocity components :

XF_RF_DATA_X_VELOCITY_MEAN=402,
XF_RF_DATA_X_VELOCITY_RMS=403,
XF_RF_DATA_Y_VELOCITY_MEAN=404,
XF_RF_DATA_Y_VELOCITY_RMS=405,
XF_RF_DATA_Z_VELOCITY_MEAN=406,
XF_RF_DATA_Z_VELOCITY_RMS=407,

Does anybody have an idea how to convert UMean?

Thanks,

Charles
