Calculate Phi retroactively from rho and U

I want to calculate the mass flux from my rho and U file since i forgot to write it out during calculation. is there a way to do this similar to the Co application for the courant number? I am using OF3.x

hi,
i have similar problem. running rhoCentralFoam and get no phi File during calculation to calculate Courant no. Any hints where to possibly find solution
