How can I install the y+ tool of member "Niklas"

Hi,
how can I use the tool of Niklas? http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...earstress.html What do I have to do with his files in linux? I don't know how to "install" it. Thank you for your help guys |

Sorry but I get this error:
