foamToVTK -ascii error

On previous jobs I have run I have had no issue opening my files in paraview I used the command foamToVTK -ascii, now without changing my method when I open paraview it asks me what I want to open the data with.

1) Why is this
2) How do i fix it

I am using paraView 5.2.0
