Outlet Surface 2D Data Collecting

Hello Folks,

I have a very simple T shape microfluidic device that has 2 inlets and 1 outlet. I am simulating scalarTrasportFoam (3D) after I obtain velocity field. The purpose of this study is to determine mixing efficiency at the outlet. I have 2 simulations which are at Re 1 and 100. If you can help for the following questions I would be very happy.

1) Both passive scalar problem was run at Co=0.5, linearUpwindscheme, Tolerance for T 1e-10, ddt Euler; however, Re 100 solution is very oscillatory. (I copied both U and Phi, which were obtained from vel field, into the 0 folder of scalartransportfoam cases)

2) I am trying to get T data at the outlet as 2D. I mean, I want to divide height and width of my outlet crossection for a certain points and I am trying to obtain these data, yet I could not succeed using both paraview and controldict. Is there any way to obtain data as shown below.

OUTLET
Width = Divide 200
Height = Divide 100

Point 1 = T(X1,Y1)
Point 2 = T(X1,Y2)
...

Point ... = T(X...,Y...)

Total Points will be 20000

I really appreciate in advance for all your helps!
