Dear FOAMers,

I'm doing Large Eddy Simulation on the adelaide jet in hot co-flow burner (basically it is a jet). Because of some analysis, I need to write out the diffusive and convective terms of the temperature and species mass fraction. The diffusive term seems to be correct (see figure 1 ).
But i'm not sure about the convective term (see figure 3 ). I also observe similar behavior for the velocity profile (see figure 5 and 6), and I have some pressure variation in the field (see figure 7). I wrote out the convective term of temperature and species mass fraction using these functions:
Tconvec = -fvc::div(phi, T);
Yconvec_[i] = -mvConvection->fvcDiv(phi, Yi);

So the question is, are the convective terms reasonable? If not, what could be wrong? It seems that I have some instabilities in the pressure field?

Thanks a lot

Litchy
