foamDataToFluent open .dat in CFD Post

After running my simulation in OpenFOAM, I used foamDataToFluent to create two .dat files in the fluentInterface folder.

How do I now open the results in CFD post, I tried importing the mesh files first, and then the .dat, but get an error.

hi,

did you find any solution to that Problem. basically trying the same and get the error message.

read somewhere, that one has to Import openfoam convertings in fluent first and then convert the mesh and dat.files to cdat.file.

did you find a Workaround?

Is it possible to provide a test case, so that dudes can replicate the possible issue?

yeah, you can basically create something with the elbow tutorial under tutorials->incompressible->icofoam->elbow.
just follow the allrun instructions, especially foamdatatofluent and you should have the files in the same Format as mines.

with those i tried to postprocess with cfd-post, but i get an error message.
