Q analysis externally

I would like to analyse the Q-criterion for example with matlab.


Q-criterion is related to the cells of the domain and that is not a problem because we can get the values (X-Y-Z) of the cells.


The problem comes from the files creates with the results for Q-criterion. In the files the values are distributed in cells but also boundarys which includes more cells.



In sumary I want to get a single file realted with cells not with cells and boundaries (this does not allows me to create a mesh and distribute it in matlab).
