Hi everyone,
I run pimpleDyMFoam on the propeller.

my problem: forces is changing a lot!!!!

sum of forces:
pressure : (-517.436 53.6559 127.746)
viscous : (1.77798 -1.50944e-05 -0.110839)
porous : (0 0 0)
sum of moments:
pressure : (17.4725 20.9064 36.9176)
viscous : (0.319184 0.0019686 0.00749538)
porous : (0 0 0)
*************************************then*********
sum of forces:
pressure : (-1063.02 -52.2147 -154.645)
viscous : (1.68729 -0.0743521 -0.111804)
porous : (0 0 0)
sum of moments:
pressure : (40.1869 -21.4997 -45.6158)
viscous : (0.321284 -0.00163251 -0.00125835)
porous : (0 0 0)
after 0.8 s converge!!

Where can the problem be?

Best regards,Amir.

Quick answer: I came looking for posts you've made, after receiving the private message you sent me.

In that PM you gave this error code:
Code:
FOAM FATAL ERROR:
problem. fineFacei:1249261 rmUpperAddr:201918 rmLowerAddr:196483 coarseFacei:776771 cOwn:196483 cNei:201916

    From function GAMGAgglomeration::agglomerateLduAddressing(..)
in file matrices/lduMatrix/solvers/GAMG/GAMGAgglomerations/GAMGAgglomeration/GAMGAgglomerateLduAddressing.C at line 235.
I need the complete output of the error message. With just this limited information, it seems to indicate that GAMG is being used incorrectly.

As for the different values of forces, if you changed the propeller geometry, then it's only natural that it works differently.

You need to look at the pressure fields and velocity fields and see for yourself what is happening on both cases.

hi Bruno.
thank you for reply.
*yes I changed the propeller geometry and Change the direction of the face propeller.
you mean force's (very big) Fluctuate is normal?

I guess my pressure fields and velocity field are Runge.

what should I do?
