How to use Glyphs with Resample with dataset?

Goodday,

I am using Openfoam to calculate resistance of fishing trawler. CFD as run fine but in the paraview I want to see speed near the Hull using Glyph. I have also inserted 4% scaled geometry in the system.

Picture attached for the reference. Looking for something like that.
