calf.Z is on a distinguished road
I am doing direct numerical simulation with the compressible solver. In post-processing, the variables should be processed in Favred average. I am wondering if the variables such as velocity have already been favre-averaged forms since I am using the compressible solver? Or should I using averaged<rho*u>/averaged<rho> to calculate favred velocity?
And how can I get turbulent kinetic energy (TKE) and reynolds shear stress(RSS) when doing DNS post-processing?* Do rho*Uprime2MeanXX represent TKE and rho*Uprime2MeanXY represent RSS?
I am really confused about it. Thank you for the kind help.
