Viewing the pressure gradient of DPMFoam/Goldschmidt

Hello Foamers!

I'm trying to differentiate the stages of fluidization in the DPMFoam/Goldschmidt simulation using the pressure values, but I'm having trouble extrapolating(or isolating) this data.

I know that the data exists (as the pressure gradient can be viewed through paraview or the foamMonitor -a command), and that the data may be accessible through the foamToVTK command.

So my question is:
How can the results of OpenFoam calculations be viewed as data/values, as opposed to the usual paraview rendition?

Any comments or links to the OpenFoam documentation addressing this would be great.

Thanks!
