Expressions inside functionobjects

Hi folks,
I am using the OF2412 and I ouwld like tp write out special postprocessing logs for which there are not prepared function objects. For example when simulationg with pimpleFoam the Head at the outlet of a pump would be calculated as: (p+U^2/2)/9.81 Online, I did find some hints, that functionObjects such as "type surfaceFieldValue" can process expressions, but no full information, which would guide me. Maybe someone can provide an example of such a function object. Otherwise I have to conitue using "type coded;" function object which is not very handy. Thank you |
