Tracking Settling Interface

Hello Everyone,

I am using twoPhaseEulerFoam to model a settling case. I would like to track the interface between the two phases and then graph it. Basically, the graph will be the location of the interface (ie. height) vs. time. Is this possible? If so, how would I do it?
Note: my mesh is 3D and fairly complex. So importing the alpha values from the directory and reorganizing the values would be very very difficult.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Paul,
I was faced with just the same problem in my case. The way I solved it was by using a vtk probe (first convert the solution to vtk by foamToVTK). I could post you my python-script if you wanted to give it a try.
