I have implemented in the 'sampling' library hdf5 writer. The writer itself is very basic and many functionality can be added further. But as of now it is functional. I want to know if there is a place where the contributions can be uploaded (in the spirit of GPL ), so that it can be of use to others, and maybe even develop further.

Hi!
Is it still possible to get access to this? Is it compatible with swak4foam's surface-sampling function objects? Basically I am dumping surface data at each time-step which results in tens of thousands of foamFiles at the hard-drive. It would be awsome to have them packed in one hdf5 instead! |

Hey hi!
Thanks a lot for enquiring. I am so sorry that I don't have the file right now. Moved on long ago I still seemed to have mailed it to another person on this forum, I will try to dig it up from sent mail, if I have sent from gmail, but please don't wait for it! Any way the code is pertaining to a very old code, if I remember it right v1.3 or v1.4, so may not work for you. Just in case I find it, I will post back, else very sorry! Regards Arvind |
