Dear FOAMers,
i'm looking for an opportunity to sample the mean velocity of a defined circular plane within my domain. I noticed that the sample tool via sampleDict or paraView as well do not provide circular planes for post-processing (i.e. rectangles (boxes) are supported). So far i use cellSet with the cylinderToCell capability in the cellSetDict, not really feasible at all. I need something independly from the grid topology to interpolate the velocities (or any other parameter) on a fully described circular plane placed anywhere in the domain. Any advice is well appreciated. Thanks in advance! ~Stefan |
