I want to generate a file containing horizontal velocity at a point in space with respect to time. How to do that ?

Hi,

You can use probe (utility/function object, depending on version you are using) to generate file with velocity at a given location vs time. Using generated file you can extract "horizontal velocity" component and plot it.
