It is irrelevant, since you are solving for an incompressible flow. Set it equal to the reference value (the one you fix with a fixedValue BC for the pressure, or in the SIMPLE dictionary).

In incompressible solvers the pressure has to be normalized with the density (the dimensions of pressure become pressure divided by density [0 2 -2 0 0 0 0]).
p* = p / rho (kg/(m·s²)) / (kg/m³) = m² / s² |
