Hi everyone ..with all the best for all of you
I'm working on coherent structure(vortices) identification on the channel flow and for this propos I'm using Q criteria and lambda2. I have got a 2 big problem
1) how should I use these criteria correctly to capture a special vortex such as hair pine vortex among the lot of vortices?
2) how should I normalized Q?
Thanks.
