Minimum value BC?
 

Is it possible to set a Neumann type boundary conditions (zeroGradient), but constrain it to a minimum or maximum value? For example, I have a T-junction with one inlet and two outlets. I know the velocity of one outlet (10 ft/s), so I know that the inlet must be at least 10 ft/s, but could be greater if there is any flow out of the second outlet. How can I set the inlet velocity to have a minimum value of 10 ft/s?
