Hi All

vortex method for generating inlet conditions in LES is available in FLUENT and we have successfully used it.
Now we want to use this method in OpenFOAM for perturbing the inlet condition.
has anybody added this method to OpenFOAM that can help us?
Thanks in advance

Hi Mohsen,

I have also searched the forum for some turbulent LES inflow velocity BC but as I understand there are no synthetic BCs implemented as standard. Rostock University has implemented a inflowGenerator BC which can be downloaded here in the forum. Perhaps you can look at that.

Nina
