i have a doubt about mag(U) and mag(internalField(U)) in their results

im concluding that in the concept of mag(U) that is defined in for example p folder it uses velocity on the patch and in mag(internalField(U)) it uses magnitude of internal value(neighboring cell),right?
Then When we have defined U as mag(internalField(U)) both should be the same?
Am i correct or not?

any answer?

I mean when we define p as a function of U in 0/p does the solver understands that it should first calculate U(that may be a function of anything) at first and then use that in p equation?
I've tested and am using it and results correctly.
but I'm wondering how does solver knows the arrangement?
why it doesn't go to p folder at first and don't give an error of not have a value on the patch?
does it related to the order that solver uses to calculate fields?
but I examined a reversed process(U a function of p) without any problem in BC.it's very good:) but why and how?or I'm speaking on a banal concept?
